This form of therapy is used for those who want to accelerate their mental progress, work on an adjunct issue, or just to relax with hypnomeditation.
During this session you will achieve a heightened sense of concentration and awareness. You will become completely unaware of anything happening around you. Our clients can focus unconsciously on what’s really bothering them and help direct them to their goals. For example this can benefit people wanting to lose weight or stop smoking. This unconscious focus will direct their attention to healthy problem solving with the help of our therapist.
What you can expect:
A session of Hypnosis can be 30-45 minutes.
