Here at Jace Therapy, we can help you develop the skills and strategies to assist you in understanding, coping, and processing your thoughts and emotions in response to your traumatic experience. These memories could affect your emotional, behavioral, and overall spiritual well being if left untreated. Regardless of our client’s age, gender, or personal situation, we are here to help you.
The style of treatment you can expect:
The type of treatment is up to our clients, if you are ready to talk about your experience our therapist can use talk therapy.
If our client does not feel comfortable talking yet, our therapist will use energy psychology modalities such as Reiki, or Hypnosis.
If our client wants to process the effects of the trauma we use CPT, also known as Cognitive Processing Therapy.
The amount of time each session:
Our sessions are about 30 minutes long for individuals and 60 minutes for couples.
A session of Reiki and Hypnomeditation is about 15-20 minutes.
Hypnosis sessions are about 30-45 minutes.
CPT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, can be 30-60 minutes.
