Couples therapy is nothing to be ashamed of, small issues can multiply if left untreated. We can help you resolve internal issues and improve your relationship satisfaction in just a few sessions. We can provide exercises that you and your significant other can try at home to practice a healthy and long-lasting relationship.
Here at Jace Therapy, we are strong supporters of all relationships, including but not limited to, LGBTQ+ and polyamorous. We want to hear your point of view, break down these complicated issues, and create a plan to resolve them. We all have insecurities and fears, but learning how to manage them and build trust in your partner are crucial aspects.

We start by teaching our clients how to listen to one another, to comprehend the emotions of their partner through words.
Next we focus on developing empathy for one another.
We also practice communicating in a way that is loving, caring, and conveys those emotions.
The goal is to improve intimacy, respect, and affection by attending sessions and engaging in at home exercises.

Our sessions are about 30 minutes long for individuals and 60 minutes for couples.
